Our promise
If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, or the wrong size, we’ll make it right.

Return window
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Items must be unwashed & unworn.
• Clearance or “Final Sale” items can’t be returned unless defective.

Process

1. E-mail support@pleasejustbenormal.com with your order # and a photo (if defective).

2. We’ll send a prepaid return label or, for Print-on-Demand, issue a reprint.

3. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of our confirmation.

Size exchange?
Because everything is made-to-order, we don’t keep inventory. If you ordered the wrong size, we’ll cover 50 % of a replacement shirt—just pay the difference.
